Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. seeks a Store Manager for the Grand Canyon BU - Region 05 - Market 04 facility at 4702 E Speedway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85711. The role leads daily operations, drives sales, manages staff, and ensures excellent customer service in a fast-paced convenience store environment.

You will recruit, train, and supervise employees, monitor inventory and cash controls, and collaborate with suppliers to maintain store standards and profitability. Valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/ASM duties.
• Ability to analyze reports, manage inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• English communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to ensure the site is clean, stocked, organized and well kept.
• Schedule employees within Company guidelines to maximize customer service.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training and counseling.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Prepare performance appraisals and ensure staff receive feedback.
• Train employees on safety procedures and company standards.
• Communicate effectively with all site staff and management.
• Organize and maintain site files and reports, and ensure merchandise is displayed and priced correctly.
• Monitor daily sales, budget and forecast profitability; safeguard funds.
