Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment and materials listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory and cash control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train store staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule and manage employees to maintain a clean, stocked site and strong store image.
• Develop professional relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Provide ongoing training on safety procedures and company standards.
• Organize files, reports and ensure timely completion of required documentation.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits and maintain budget goals.
