Circle K is seeking a Store Manager for Grand Canyon BU - Market 03 at Buckeye, AZ to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Qualifications

• The minimum qualifications for a Store Manager are:
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment use.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• English communication (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage site cleanliness, stocking, and upkeep per standards.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve complaints.
• Train staff on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Organize site files and ensure timely reports.
