Job summary

Circle K in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Site Manager/Shift Leader to oversee daily store operations at the Grand Canyon BU region. Responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, monitoring inventory, managing cash handling procedures, and ensuring excellent customer service.

The role requires strong communication, leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on safety, visual standards and community presence. This is a full-time position based on-site with pathways for growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use computer for reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices during hiring and training.
