Job summary

Goodwill is seeking an ambitious Retail Store Manager In Training in Chandler, AZ to lead daily store operations at GCNA. You will supervise Assistant Store Managers, a Production Team, and Donation Attendants, driving sales, donations, and community impact.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staff development, inventory control, and ensuring excellent customer service to donors and customers while upholding Goodwill brand standards.

Qualifications

• Two years' work experience in Retail Management.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve goals in income, revenue, and production.
• Coordinate with District Manager to implement strategic donation drives.
• Monitor product levels and manage payroll/operating costs to budget.
• Ensure exceptional customer service to donors and customers.
• Train and develop store Team Members and ensure policy compliance.
