Job summary

Goodwill Industries International, Inc. in Gilbert, AZ seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead daily sales floor operations, drive revenue, manage payroll and costs, and supervise team members while delivering exceptional donor and customer service.

Responsibilities include inventory control, donations processing, training, and development. Travel to other GCNA locations may be required; a high school diploma and 1 year of retail leadership are required; MS Office proficiency and background checks

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the sales floor and achieve defined goals.
• Monitor product levels and manage payroll and operating costs to budget.
• Ensure excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Train and develop store team members; provide coaching and performance reviews.
• Travel to other GCNA locations and act as back-up to Store Manager.
