Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead store operations, drive donations, and manage production at multiple locations. You will oversee the Production Team, Donation Attendants, and Assistant Store Managers, ensuring strong customer service and brand standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of retail management experience, 1 year of customer service, and proficiency in MS Office. A valid driver’s license and clean MVR are necessary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years' work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve goals.
• Coordinates with Retail District Manager on strategic plans.
• Monitors product levels to meet sales budgets.
• Ensures payroll and operating costs stay within budget.
• Delivers excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Maintains clean, well‑kept store reflecting the Goodwill brand.
