Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Computer use and basic reports, inventory and cash control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and maintain site image.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints timely.
• Train employees on safety procedures and ensure site safety.
• Organize and maintain site files and reports and ensure proper merchandising.
