• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• English communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to maintain excellent customer service.
• Organize and manage site cleanliness, stock levels and presentation per standards.
• Schedule staff within company guidelines to maximize service and image.
• Manage disciplinary and coaching actions as needed.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and solve customer complaints promptly.
• Oversee safety procedures and ensure a safe public image for the site.
• Ensure reports and records are completed accurately and on time.
