• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Plan tasks to keep site clean, stocked and well displayed.
• Maintain professional image among staff and management.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and meet company standards.
• Promote non-discriminatory management in hiring and development.
• Develop positive supplier relationships and resolve complaints promptly.
• Train employees on safety procedures and company standards.
• Ensure timely communication with staff and Market Manager.
• Organize files and reports, and oversee timely completion.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing and poster compliance.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profit.
