Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise and manage store functions and reports.
• Proficient with computers: reports, inventory, cash control.
• Valid driver's license and transportation.
• Ability to communicate in English, written and verbal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Organize tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and standards aligned.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize service within company guidelines.
• Apply non-discriminatory management when hiring, training and coaching.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve complaints.
• Promote a safe, positive public image in the community.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
• Train staff on safety procedures and company standards.
• Communicate timely with team and Market Manager.
• Organize site files and ensure reports are completed.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and priced correctly.
• Ensure posters and employment posters are posted where seen.
• Monitor daily sales and expenses to maximize profit.
