Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well maintained.
• Schedule employees and manage site image.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Ensure reports and merchandising are accurate and timely.
• Analyze daily sales and budgets to maximize profits.
• Work indoors and outdoors as needed.
