Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform the essential duties and responsibilities described.
• Ability to supervise and train for use of equipment per CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in the CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to use a computer and analyze reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and maintain site image.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Provide performance feedback and train staff on safety and company standards.
• Organize and maintain site files and reports, ensure merchandise is stocked and displayed correctly.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits and manage margins.
