Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience to perform essential duties and work under described conditions.
• Ability to supervise and train in equipment usage per CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use computer to analyze reports, inventory and cash control.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep site clean, stocked and well-kept.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisor.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
