Job summary

Circle K Madison location is seeking a full-time Site Manager/CSR-ASM with strong leadership and training skills. You will recruit, train, supervise staff, and ensure top-notch customer service while managing daily operations, inventory, and store appearance.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, financial accountability, safety compliance, and effective communication with suppliers and management. This role requires English proficiency and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR/ASM job description.
• Ability to use computer systems for reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• A valid driver’s license and transportation to bank and management meetings.
• Ability to communicate (oral and written) in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize customer service and site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, counseling and motivation.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers.
• Promote excellent service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Promote a safe, positive image in the community.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback in writing.
• Train staff to meet safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Develop effective communication methods for all employees.
• Hold periodic meetings with site employees and Market Manager.
• Plan actions to achieve site objectives, organize files and reports.
• Supervise merchandise display and pricing and ensure posters/signs are accessible.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Budget and forecast P&L; safeguard money handled.
