Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train using site equipment and materials.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Proficient computer skills including reports analysis, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to provide excellent customer service.
• Assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well kept.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees following company guidelines to maximize service.
• Train staff on safety and company procedures.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers.
• Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Organize site files and ensure reports are completed.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Ensure posters and signs are up-to-date.
• Work indoors and outdoors as required; manage with minimal supervision.
