Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a capable site manager to lead daily operations of a Kingsland, GA location. You will supervise CSR and ASM roles, train staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain store standards including stocking and presentation.

Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating with suppliers, analyzing daily sales, controlling cash and inventory, and driving a safe, friendly shopping environment. Prior retail experience and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred as a minimum.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment use.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Proficient computer skills including reports, inventory, cash control.
• Valid driver's license and transportation to/from meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Develop, manage and assign tasks to ensure site cleanliness, stocking and presentation.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisor.

• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Prepare performance appraisals and train employees on safety procedures.
• Foster timely communication and organize regular team meetings.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
