Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. in Decatur, IL is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative / Assistant Site Manager. You will recruit, train, and lead staff to maintain a clean, well-stocked store and deliver excellent customer service.

You will schedule shifts, supervise operations, manage store relationships with suppliers, handle cash and reports, and promote safety. A High School diploma or GED and driver’s license are preferred; English communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience to supervise and train using CSR/ASM duties.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).
