• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory and cash control.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train positive employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well kept.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and maintain the site image.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Train employees on safety procedures and company standards.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Ensure required posters and notices are visible and compliant.
