Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations at our Ashland location. You will recruit, train and supervise staff, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company standards.

You will manage scheduling, inventory, merchandising and reporting to maximize sales and profitability. The role requires strong leadership, communication skills and the ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment and materials listed in related job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in CSR and ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to use computer to analyze reports, inventory and cash control.
