Job summary

Petroleum Marketing Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in North Carolina to oversee day-to-day store operations, supervise staff, manage scheduling, inventory, and cash handling while upholding PMG standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership to motivate a team, maintain high service levels, and run the store efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED (or higher), strong customer-service skills, and a valid NC driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments.
• Basic math, cash handling, and record-keeping skills.
• Must have valid NC driver’s license and schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience.
• Operate cash register and handle paperwork per PMG standards.
• Train, coach, and hold employees accountable.
• Execute daily tasks with speed, accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate with District/Area Manager as needed.
• Maintain records and input data into the system.
• Ensure all shifts are covered and store runs smoothly.
