• Retail experience in footwear/apparel preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.

• Assist Store Manager with controlling store assets.
• Help establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Serve as acting Store Manager in their absence.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to staff and customers.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses for profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department standards are met.
