Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a capable Site Manager to lead daily operations at our Eufaula location. You will recruit, train and supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain stock and store appearance in line with company standards.

You will schedule employees, manage safety procedures, and build positive supplier relationships while upholding a professional store image in the community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use a computer for reports, inventory, cash control, notices.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage site cleanliness, stock levels and adherence to company standards.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service.
• Lead non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training and discipline.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
• Promote safe, positive image in the community.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Train staff on safety procedures and marketing standards.
• Communicate with employees regularly and hold team meetings.
