Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a capable site leader for the Albany, GA location. You will recruit, train and manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, maintain store standards, and oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include supervising CSR/ASM responsibilities, coordinating with suppliers, and driving sales while upholding Circle K standards and a positive public image in the community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use a computer and analyze reports, inventory control, etc.
• A valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees ensuring excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service.
• Implement fair management and training practices.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers.
• Promote excellent service and resolve complaints promptly.
• Promote a safe, positive image in the community.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback in writing.
• Train employees on customer service, site image and marketing execution.
• Train on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Ensure timely communication with staff and Market Manager.
• Develop action plans to meet site objectives.
• Organize and maintain site files and manuals.
• Manage reports and ensure merchandise is displayed and priced correctly.
• Ensure posters/signs are posted in accessible places.
