Job summary

You will develop professional relationships with suppliers, address customer concerns promptly, and train the team in safety procedures to uphold corporate standards and brand image.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment use listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Proficient computer use for reports, inventory, cash control, notices, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Develop and assign tasks; keep site clean, stocked, organized and well kept.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and site image.
• Communicate with suppliers; resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Train employees on safety procedures and ensure safety awareness.
