Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for CSR/ASM duties.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR/ASM duties.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory, cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Ensure site is clean, stocked, organized, and compliant with company standards.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Provide non-discriminatory management, hiring, training, counseling, motivating and separation processes.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Prepare performance appraisals for all employees and provide feedback.
• Train staff on safety procedures and uphold safety awareness.
• Communicate effectively with employees and management.
• Organize and maintain site files and reports; ensure timely reporting.
• Supervise merchandise display, stocking and pricing; posters/signs compliance.
• Safeguard cash handling and financial reporting; maximize profits.
