Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Overland Park, KS location. You will be responsible for leading daily store operations, coaching staff, and delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.

The role emphasizes team development, adherence to brand standards, and efficient store performance. As a key member of the leadership team, you will manage scheduling, training, and store operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and robust store results.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Lead, execute and assist Lids selling strategy to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and address issues in the moment, including customer escalations and urgent requests.
• Ensure every customer is offered the opportunity to participate in Lids membership programs or special in-store offers when live in-store through employee education.
• Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines and maintain store cleanliness.
• Open and close the store following Operations procedures.
