Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a store team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will schedule, train, and coach staff, uphold Lids Brand standards, and manage daily operations including cash handling and inventory checks.

You will report to the Store Manager, participate in in-store events, and help maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment while achieving store KPIs and sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support store team to execute selling strategies and KPIs.
