You will recruit, train and develop the leadership team, manage inventory and payroll, and drive sales and profitability while maintaining exceptional customer service and visual merchandising standards across the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of store management experience in retail.
• High level of customer service.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate with store teams.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Store operations to meet Company standards and best practices.
• Staff, train and develop the leadership team.
• Manage Stockroom, Front End, and Sales Floor operations.
• Monitor schedules and payroll to control expenses.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies.
• Deliver excellent customer service and merchandise presentation.
• Direct supervision of Assistant Store Manager and Retail Associates.
