Job summary

The starting base pay ranges from $53,848 to $68,721 annually, with eligibility for a quarterly incentive plan based on store performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education, training and experience considered.
3-4+ years of business experience.
1-2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Foster a sales and quality culture focused on scorecard goals.
Cross-sell products and services during customer interactions.
Monitor and evaluate Associate/Member interactions to meet goals.
Manage day-to-day operations including service delivery, staff administration, and purchasing.
Coordinate promotional events with Travel Services/Distribution Marketing.
Ensure compliance with laws, policies and vendor requirements.
