Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager in Troy, OH to lead store operations and drive customer satisfaction. You will manage day-to-day activities, coach Associates, and ensure performance against scorecard goals, while delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role offers base pay between $48,726 and $60,000, eligible for a quarterly incentive plan, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-4+ years of business experience required.
• 1-2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Foster a sales and quality culture by achieving scorecard goals.
• Cross-sell products and services during customer interactions.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store under supervision.
• Lead staffing, training, and performance coaching.
• Coordinate promotional events with Marketing teams.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and security.
