AAA Club Alliance is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to drive sales, quality service, and operational excellence at our Ardmore store. You will lead a team, manage daily operations, and ensure adherence to policies while promoting a customer-centric experience.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience, 3-4+ years in business, and 1-2+ years in supervision. Notary or Membership license may be required within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-4+ years of business experience.
• 1-2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Proficient in Internet technology and Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
• Knowledge of Department of Motor Vehicle laws is preferred for the state where the store resides.
• Ability to obtain Membership license or Notary Public designation within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Foster a sales and quality culture to achieve scorecard goals (revenue, sales, quality).
• Cross-sell products and services during each customer interaction.
• Manage day-to-day retail store operations under the Retail Manager/Director.
• Oversee staff administration, scheduling, recruiting, training, and motivation.
• Ensure compliance with policies, audits, and federal/state laws.
• Coordinate promotional events with Travel Services and Marketing.
• Maintain customer service quality and handle complaints professionally.
