Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Columbia, MD is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, drive sales, and supervise a team of Associates. You will ensure high service standards, manage scheduling, training, and merchandising, and coordinate with Travel Services and Marketing to support promotions.

This full-time role offers a starting salary of $56,422 to $71,993 annually, eligible for a quarterly incentive, PTO, health benefits, 401k, and additional perks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3-4+ years business experience required.
• 1-2+ years supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Foster a sales and quality culture; drive revenue growth and quality standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of retail store locations.
• Manage scheduling, recruitment, coaching, and staff development.
• Coordinate events with Travel Services and Marketing.
• Ensure compliance with laws and AAA policies.
