Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a retail setting.
• Customer-first mindset with ability to foster a selling culture.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities; can de-escalate issues.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead as Manager on Duty and address customer experience or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
• Set daily direction for the team and provide performance feedback.
• Model selling behaviors and maintain product knowledge.
• Train, coach and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Ensure safety standards and store appearance.
