Athleta is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the store tone and bring the brand to life for customers. You will drive profitable sales growth through all aspects of the store including customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
• Passionate about retail and fast-paced environments.
• Driven by metrics to meet business goals.
• Willing to travel as required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies to drive store sales and deliver results.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility within the store.
• Implement plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
• Ensure consistent execution of SOPs.
