Job summary

Red White and Blue Thrift is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will supervise the sales floor, partner with leadership, and train Retail Supervisors to uphold store standards and achieve targets.

The role requires strong English/Spanish bilingual communication, hands-on leadership, and the ability to optimize labor and customer experience in a fast-paced thrift environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, Teams, Outlook, and HRIS.
• Able to work independently and complete tasks.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail/thrift or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities
