Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: manage day-to-day sales floor operations under Retail Manager guidance.
• Team Development: supervise and mentor retail team, provide ongoing coaching.
• Customer Service Excellence: ensure exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Inventory Management: oversee stock levels, pricing, and merchandising on the floor.
• Cashier Operations: supervise cashier processes and cash handling procedures.
• Learning and Growth: review reports and contribute to performance metrics with guidance.
• Collaborative Leadership: implement sales strategies with the Retail Manager.
