Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and coach a team and ensure store standards.
• Experience with inventory control and merchandising processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintain floor leadership, and service standards.
• Lead truck execution and ensure timely unloading and merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Plan workloads and prioritize daily tasks with store leadership.
• Oversee in-stock optimization, replenishment, and planogram execution.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across departments.
• Maintain asset protection practices and shrink reduction.
