POP MART in Brea, CA is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to guide the team, drive sales, and deliver a premium customer experience while coordinating daily store operations. You will serve as the Leader on Duty when management is unavailable, coaching associates and supporting launches.

You will also manage inventory, maintain engaging visuals, and participate in brand events. Ideal candidates have 1+ year retail experience, a passion for pop culture, and strong communication skills.

• 1+ year retail experience with leadership preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Coach sales associates to achieve store goals.
• Help achieve store sales goals and monitor KPIs.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and ensure policy compliance.
• Support inventory, replenishment, and cycle counts.
• Maintain visual merchandising and planograms for launches.
