AT&T Mobility Services in Georgetown, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, coach a team of retail sales consultants, and drive sales and service goals. You’ll partner with the store manager on merchandising, product launches, and community outreach events to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities are essential.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience is required.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills are expected.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of a retail store in partnership with the store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to meet sales objectives.
• Lead and develop a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals.
• Participate in outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
