Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of a retail store, including merchandising and product launches.
• Meet and exceed sales objectives and provide customers with best-in-class service.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals.
• Coordinate outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
• Provide leadership training and support to ensure ongoing performance improvement.
