You will partner with the store manager on merchandising, product launches and promotional activities to achieve objectives.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with the store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to meet/exceed sales objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences with AT&T products and services.
• Lead outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to hit sales and service goals.
