Job summary

AT&T Mobility Services is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Grapevine, TX to lead daily store operations and coaching a team of sales consultants. You will partner with the store manager on merchandising, product launches, and delivering an extraordinary customer experience while driving sales objectives.

You’ll participate in comprehensive paid training, report to leadership, and help execute outreach events, promotions, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, analyze and solve problems.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T mobility systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail store operations and merchandising.
• Partner with store manager to meet/exceed sales objectives.
• Lead product launches and customer experience initiatives.
• Coordinate outreach events and off-site promotions.
