Job summary

AT&T in Georgetown, TX seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and develop a high-performing team. You will partner with the store manager to oversee merchandising, product launches, and executing sales strategies while delivering best-in-class customer experiences.

You’ll coach a team of retail sales consultants, drive service and sales goals, and support off-site promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the retail store in partnership with the store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches and help meet sales objectives.
• Provide extraordinary customer experiences with AT&T products and services.
• Lead outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.
