Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Customer Service Manager for the Ray & Rural Store in Chandler, AZ. You will oversee the sales floor, drive store goals, and develop a high-performing team focused on customer service for donors and customers.

Responsibilities include daily operations, training staff, ensuring safety and store standards, and collaborating with leadership to uphold Goodwill values and community impact. This role offers hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of work experience in Retail Management.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the sales floor to meet goals.
• Lead and develop Retail Sales Associates to achieve targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and uphold Goodwill branding.
• Assist with banking deposits and cross-store support as needed.
