Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Retail experience / Customer Service Experience Required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Completion of Assistant Store Manager Training program and other required training.
• Good understanding of Company systems and technology.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to research and resolve issues.
• Knowledge of retail business management practices.
• Knowledge of all types of store transactions and related programs.
• Physical demands of the job as listed in the requirements.

• Completes store reports and performance appraisals in a timely fashion.
