Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years retail management/supervisory experience (thrift preferred).
• Basic understanding of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must hold a valid driver’s license, pass MVR, have insurance and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day store operations including opening/closing, POS, inventory control and donations.
• Oversee personnel and cash handling in the manager's absence; monitor payroll records and attendance.
• Support hiring, training, and development; provide performance feedback and coaching to staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer and donor satisfaction through excellent service and community relations.
