The role requires 5+ years in retail with 3+ years in management, a willingness to work evenings/weekends, and the ability to train, coach, and develop a strong staff. You will uphold brand standards and drive a safe, welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Five years retail experience with a minimum of three years retail management experience.
• Able to work a flexible shift including evenings and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability by achieving budgeted goals.
• Direct and maintain merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Set sales promotions with proper signing and communication.
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and lead employees.
• Control inventory and expenses; ensure store is secured and safe.
• Ensure customer service excellence and accurate customer data recording.
