Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to recruit, train and motivate staff and manage scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales to meet financial goals and manage KPI initiatives.
• Partner with Store Manager on staffing, floor coverage and customer engagement.
• Oversee store operations including cash handling, merchandising, cleanliness and security.
