• Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with the Duluth brand and product knowledge to provide solution-oriented, friendly service.
• Lead the store team to deliver WOW! customer experiences.
• Demonstrate high level of service and engagement and set team expectations.
• Manage floor coverage to engage customers and drive the Duluth experience.
• Record customer profile information accurately.
• Respond proactively to concerns and provide positive resolutions.
• Maintain merchandise presentation per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Set up sales and promotions with proper signing and communication.
• Handle merchandise receipts and transfers quickly and accurately.
• Ensure cleanliness of sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap, and hospitality area.
• Provide feedback to employees regularly and train on cash-handling and reporting functions.
• Ensure store security and respond to alarms; safeguard employees and customers.
